Jay Archer is one of the East Coasts leading advocates for ecological landscape design, native plants and organic land care management.
He has lectured extensively on a wide range of subjects and topics from ecological restoration, wetlands, storm water management and bio-engineering, sustainable landscape design, water gardening, etc.

His audience and venues include speaking to the general public, professionals and national and international organizations, including garden clubs, Cornell Cooperative Extension, New York Botanical Garden, Institute for Eco System Studies, Ecological Landscape Association (MASS), Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD International), International Clean Water Symposium (Montana State University) etc., etc., etc.

He has worked with, for or consulted for the Native Plant Center at Westchester Community College, New York Botanical Garden, Audobon International, The Nature Conservancy, Westchester County Aquatic Restoration, Parks & Planning.
