Jay Archer

President, A product of the New York Botanical Garden School of Landscape Design & Horticulture, certified in stream corridor restoration and soil bioengineering. He has studied at Rutgers University and the Institute for Ecosystems Studies. Jay has worked as an interpretative naturalist for the Nature Conservancy and studied nature awareness and animal tracking with Tom Brown Jr. Special areas of interest include ecology, ethnobotany, native plant communities, and wetland restoration. An NYBG instructor and active member of APLD, Jay is a professional landscape designer and horticultural consultant and has recently been a guest speaker on water in the environment at the New Canaan Nature Center.

Mansur Soares

A garden specialist, both in perennial propagation and garden maintenance, "Cappy" has seventeen years experience in every aspect of garden installation and maintenance.

Michael Dunne

Mike is a recent graduate of S.U.N.Y. Cobleskill from which he received a Bachelors of Technology Degree in Ornamental Horticulture. Mike has eight (8) years of experience in the green industry and is quite knowledgeable in most aspects of the landscape industry. His wide variety of jobs in the green industry has given him a good work background to fulfill his position as a Designer/Project Manager/Salesman.
