Introducing the ‘John Jay Landscape Development Group’

Once again despite the economic woes, we are growing & expanding our staff and services, improving our systems, processes and procedures. We are happy to introduce the ‘John Jay Landscape Design Development Group’ a new division of our Design/Build Company.

The first step in the creative landscape design conceptual phase is to review a clients project/needs with our team of talented landscape designers, landscape architects, engineers and construction managers to assign a hand picked team most suited to the projects needs/requirements. A lead PM or project manager will be assigned to facilitate execution of design development plans and fast track any required permits, etc. Communication is paramount for successful design and construction.

In addition to our Strategic Alliance Referral Network we now offer our Professional Advisory Board who are able to answer any questions related to the broad fields of landscape, architectural and construction issues.

An example of one of our most successful business referral relationships remains to be with Outdoor Lighting Perspectives & Bob DiMartino (Westchester & Fairfield County). Lighting is an important part of premium quality design/build landscape services. Turning on the outdoor lights and equalizing the visual field adds a spectacularly subtle new dimension to our appreciation of the landscape environment – while enhancing and expanding our enjoyment of architectural style and landscaping for your property. Thanks to considerable help and support from Haye Kesteloo of ServiceSpider we are improving our website and search engine visibility.

Things to look forward to:
We are reaching out to clients we have recently completed design/build projects for. Once we receive a photo release & response, we will be posting each project on our Blog, etc. They may be available for references, etc. Over the winter we will be working on better ways to utilize social networks (i.e. Linkdin, Facebook, U-Tube, etc.) We welcome any suggestions or feedback you can offer.

From the John Jay Legal Department:
Before the contract, two (2) of the most important components of the working process are integrity and reliability. You either demonstrate you have it or you don’t! In 21 years in business, we have had one (1) officially registered complaint and have never been to court. Pretty good don’t you think?

As always we remain on the cutting edge of sustainable ecological go green landscape design and construction management and maintenance. Our commitment to improving our environmental health and quality of life is unparalleled in our industry.
